- Collaborating with therapy and facility teams to ensure the highest standards of care
- Educating families and caregivers about therapy processes
- Conducting facility education and in-service training
- Participating in care plan meetings to discuss resident progress
- Documenting patient progress daily
- Partnering with supervising Physical Therapists to deliver quality care
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- Current state PTA licensure
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred

- An Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
