- Conduct evaluations for new admissions and assess potential discharges.
- Communicate effectively with family members and facility staff regarding patient progress, updated goals, and any necessary adaptive equipment.
- Provide training to staff members on patient care and progress, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Program and manage adaptive equipment for residents to support their individual needs.
