- Engage in interdisciplinary discussions regarding patient schedules and treatment plans.
- Conduct evaluations for new admissions and support transitions for potential discharges.
- Provide training for staff and facilitate communication about patient progress and treatment objectives.
- Implement programming that includes wheelchair use, splints, and adaptive equipment.
