Key Responsibilities
- Engage in interdisciplinary discussions and evaluations of scheduled patients and their treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments for new admissions and facilitate their care journey.
- Review and communicate potential patient discharges and relevant floor programs.
- Provide training to staff while updating them on patient progress and treatment modifications.
- Implement programming related to wheelchairs, splints, and adaptive equipment.
