We are seeking diligent and capable Warehouse Workers and Forklift Operator to join our team at. As a Warehouse Worker specializing in shipping, receiving, and palletizing heavy equipment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping and Receiving: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments of heavy equipment and related materials.
- Palletizing: Safely palletize goods according to specified requirements, ensuring stability and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, including counts, condition reports, and documentation of damages.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, completeness, and quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and proficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to facilitate efficient workflow and minimize hazards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, particularly in shipping, receiving, and palletizing heavy equipment, is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in varying shifts and overtime as required.
