- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information.
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate care.
- Ensure compliance with medical office protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Provide support in managing billing processes and handling payment transactions.
