THE SCHEDULE
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:15 AM - 7:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 8:15 AM - 1:00 PM

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR MARKETING ASSISTANT?
Your day as a Marketing Assistant at the Integrated Wellness Center involves setting up lectures for the doctor, scheduling networking lunches, and managing monthly internal promotions. You nurture relationships with referral partners, follow up on leads, and help create external marketing events. Representing the center at off-site events, you engage with the community and promote services.
Developing content for social media platforms ensures a consistent and engaging online presence. You align strategic plans with the center's goals by collaborating with the marketing firm on the annual calendar. Your creative, enthusiastic approach and strong organizational skills ensure all tasks are handled efficiently. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities enable you to build and maintain valuable relationships. Reliable, methodical, and empathetic, you contribute significantly to the center's success, working both independently and as part of a team.
