Position: BCBA Consultant
We are seeking dedicated BCBA Consultants to join our team in Pinellas, Pasco, Lake, and Hillsborough Counties. If you are passionate about making a positive impact and working collaboratively, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with In-Home Support Staff in community and home settings.
Develop and implement personalized behavior plans for clients in their homes.
Participate actively in weekly supervisory and team meetings.
Attend clinical meetings with other Developmental Specialists and administrative staff.
Qualifications:
Board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with a master's or doctoral level degree, or licensed under Chapter 490 or 491, F.S. (psychologist, school psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, or mental health counselor).
Minimum of three years of post-certification or licensure experience in applied behavior analysis for individuals with exceptional needs.
Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
Strong creative problem-solving and organizational skills.
Personable, motivated, dependable, and ready to tackle daily challenges.
A valid driver's license (with fewer than 5 points).
