Premiere Property Services is a leading property service and renovation company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. With a strong commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team. This position will work on a variety of projects, including but not limited to installing trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, molding, and other decorative woodwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry with a keen eye for precision and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities :

Install and repair finish carpentry elements such as baseboards, crown molding, door frames, windows, and cabinetry.

Measure and cut materials to exact specifications, ensuring a perfect fit.

Work with blueprints, drawings, and plans to execute tasks accurately.

Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications :

3 years of experience in finish carpentry or a related trade.

Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools (saws, drills, routers, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with others.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
