Developmental Disability Worker
PremierPath ABA is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Developmental Disability Worker. As a Behavioral Technician, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities include implementing behavioral therapy interventions, providing one-on-one support, and collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior. The ideal candidate will possess experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or developmental disabilities, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
