You'll achieve sales and service metrics in key areas, including clientelling/outreach, appointment setting and Talbots Classic Awards. Your goal will be to plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and business objectives, while seeking to understand customer needs and wants through intentional conversation.
You'll also have the chance to share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe, inspire and build trust. Actively participating in community/store activities and events promoting the Talbots Brand will be an essential part of your responsibilities.
