Recycling Yard Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced, crushing yard supervisor to lead our team at our new facility. They will manage and coordinate recycling operations, including collection, sorting, processing and disposal of crushed concrete material. Must have experience and be willing to work along with other employees.

• Maintains / schedules equipment service and maintenance logs.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions with necessary protective equipment (with the exception of footwear) provided.

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-years of equivalent related experience in the construction / excavation industry.
• Lead or supervisory experience, minimum 1 year.
• Related experience or training preferred.
