Responsibilities:
- Manage overdue business accounts and ensure timely collection of balances
- Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Negotiate payment terms and create payment plans
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Work closely with the finance and legal teams
- Provide regular updates to management
- 2 years of experience in business debt collections or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with collections software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- $60,000 per year
