The Role: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your primary job function will be to assist in hiring Sales Representatives by screening inbound applicants, as well as sourcing top talent on your own by utilizing various job boards.
This role will alternate between our Financial District and Midtown offices.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
- Conduct candidate interviews via phone and in person
- Assess and qualify candidates based on resume reviews and interview feedback
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries
- Achieve weekly quotas for calls and emails
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers
Qualifications
- Proven ability to handle high-volume tasks
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication abilities
- High energy and enthusiasm for the role
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience in agency and/or campus recruiting is a plus
