The Jr Lock Desk Specialist position supports the Lock Desk Department / Secondary Marketing Manager.
The Jr Lock Desk Specialist will be responsible for completing the following job duties :
- Intake / distribution of emails received in centralized lock desk mailbox
- Monitor Lock Expiration and Adverse Action pipelines
- Send daily expiration notifications to Sales / OPS staff
- Validate points / credits are listed accurately on Itemization from Initial Lock Request
- Assist team with lock updates, extensions and cancellation requests
- Additional duties assigned as required

The starting base salary range for this position is $19.00 to $23.00, hourly. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills and / or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside the provided range.
