What are the responsibilities and job description for the ENCAPSULATION OPERATOR position at Premium Production?

Located in Hildale and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Production Specialist (Encapsulation).
You will efficiently operate our industrial encapsulation machines while following regulatory standards.
What you will do:
Receive training for Capsylon 3005 encapsulation machine operation
Learn SOPs and policies for encapsulation operations
Assist operators in loading Fruits powder and capsules
Ensure consistent material flow to the encapsulation machine
Comply with PPE and High Hygiene standards
Assist in disassembling/assembling for cleaning and repairs
Memorize machine parts, components, and tools
Prepare equipment and room for production
Troubleshoot, report issues, and inspect for quality
Collaborate with teams, follow safety protocols, and identify process improvements

1 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role
What you must bring:
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Proficiency using hand and power tools
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
