Premium Production is a manufacturing company that’s building a team to help change the world.
We are looking for a full-time Training Manager to join our team in Hildale, Utah. You will be responsible for leading a successful team that trains qualified candidates to meet and exceed qualifications.
What you will do :
Create and maintain a welcoming and positive environment
Ensure all materials are readily available for both the trainers and the candidates
Make teaching adjustments to ensure candidates are understanding and learning efficiently
Confirm that candidates have filled out their online paperwork and have read all necessary material so they are prepared to move forward in training
Enrich the candidate experience by creating, updating, and tracking progress
Constantly learn by taking advantage of available trainings to improve your communication and management abilities
What you must bring :
1 years of experience in teaching or training role
High school diploma or GED required
Self-confidence and motivation to complete your tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and help the team grow
High energy and passion for helping those around you succeed
Pay : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
Job Type : Full-Time, In-Person
