Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join our landscaping team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the crew, ensuring efficient and high-quality landscaping services.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in various tasks such as lawn maintenance, tree care, lawn care, groundskeeping, and landscape maintenance.
- Maintain and enhance outdoor spaces by executing landscaping plans and designs.
- Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any issues to management.
- Assist in building and installing landscape features as needed.
-Follow specific property notes on work orders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscaping, including tree care, lawn care, groundskeeping, and garden maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
