Job Overview :
As a District Manager , you will lead a dynamic sales team focused on driving growth through door-to-door sales to small businesses in the telecommunications sector . Your leadership and ability to build strong relationships will be critical in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
We are looking for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, as well as the ability to quickly adapt and deliver under pressure in exceptional consultative sales techniques, working from a list of potential customers in each territory to promote our client's technology products which include Fiber Optic Internet Service, 5G / 4G Internet Services, Business, and Cellphone Services.
Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy and Planning :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead a regional team of sales professionals calling on local SMB units within prescribed regions.
Establish and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers in small business accounts.
Work closely with other district managers, marketing teams, and senior management to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
