We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Cabinet Box Production Line. You’ll manage the full workflow—from raw materials to finished cabinets—ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. This hands-on leadership role involves scheduling, training, and directing our skilled team in our modern shop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct workflow to meet production deadlines
- Schedule staff and oversee daily operations
- Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards
- Solve problems and ensure a safe, productive environment

- 3 years of cabinetry or woodworking experience
- 3 years of leadership experience in a production or shop setting
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Comfort with power tools, standing for full shifts, and occasional heavy lifting (with assistance)
- Drive, integrity, and a collaborative spirit
