We are looking to hire a Full-Time Project Coordinator to work in our Commercial Cabinet shop to assist in shipping and material management. We will train all skills needed. This position is perfect for someone without a lot of work experience or those wanting to learn a new trade.
~Previous experience in manufacturing and inventory appreciated
The candidate will be expected to perform the following duties;
* Identify materials eligible for shipment and oversee shipment and delivery
* Work within our software to create shipping manifests by work order
* Work with inventory and purchasing departments to track project inventory
* Track project progress, identify delays, and proactively problem-solve
* Scan items for shipment and load them onto truck
* Inspect shipping manifest and loaded items for accuracy
* Coordinate delivery times and verify locations
* Deliver, photograph, and get signatures for all delivered material
* Must be comfortable using a pickup truck and trailer or box truck
