What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Royal Engineered Composites?
This role is responsible for providing direct support to the Operations group to help maintain identified objectives. The Project Coordinator will undertake a range of routine day-to-day administrate tasks as well as provide more detailed support to individual projects when needed.
- Maintain the CCPM project network as part of the assigned project portfolio.
- Prepare internal weekly reports on project status, resource needs, budget adherence.
- Monitor all project phases from requirements analysis and initial planning to delivery and contract close out.
- Monitor adherence to project plans and schedules, identify problems and actively manage recovery.
- Handle escalated project issues and follow-up on outstanding issues promptly.
- Generate presentations ensuring that project scope, budget and schedule accurately communicated to the customer.
- Coordinate with production and other cross-functional personnel to support fabrication of first articles.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
- Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
