Job Description:
The Hardware Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the daily operations of our store run smoothly by supporting all store employees and handling administrative duties. Responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly, prompt, and efficient customer service.
• Creating daily plans and instructing, assigning, and reviewing plans with employees.
• Completing or overseeing ordering of products for designated areas.
• Maintaining a positive work environment by keeping a positive attitude, encouraging employees, and keeping work fun and flexible while also setting an example and following company standards.
• Recruiting, hiring, and training employees.
• Creating goals to meet company standard gross margins.
• Assisting and conducting inventories.
• Calculating retail pricing and ensuring correct pricing.
• Planning displays, promotions, and future sales.
• Stocking and rotating product.
• Practicing proper sanitation procedures and completing required cleaning to ensure work areas and displays are kept neat and clean.
• Ensuring the correct temperatures to guarantee product is kept fresh and controlling shrink.
• Adhering to company policies and guidelines.
