Sales Executive

Onsite - Peabody, MA

 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This position will involve cold calling car dealerships across the country to introduce our automobile transportation services, generate leads, and ultimately close sales. The ideal candidate will be persistent, strong-minded, and have a proven ability to drive results in a competitive sales environment. If you are a self-starter with the perseverance to overcome challenges and close deals, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate cold calls to car dealerships across the country to present our products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealership decision-makers.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and effectively communicate how our solutions can benefit their business.
  • Overcome objections, handle rejection, and stay motivated to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Effectively track and manage your sales pipeline through CRM software.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture and close deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding our presence in the industry.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of cold calling and closing deals.
  • Experience selling to car dealerships or in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong persistence and a "never give up" attitude with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software (ex; HubSpot, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay range and compensation package

Base Salary: $60,000 per year (W2), Plus Uncapped Commission, Plus Bonuses (total $120,000 )

They have been providing fast, safe, and reliable auto transportation with superior customer service for over 20 years. Their expertise in automotive transportation includes Seasonal Residents, Recreational Vehicles, Dealerships, Overseas/International shipments, as well as Private Party Shipping.
