Key Responsibilities
- Initiate cold calls to car dealerships across the country to present our products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealership decision-makers.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and effectively communicate how our solutions can benefit their business.
- Overcome objections, handle rejection, and stay motivated to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Effectively track and manage your sales pipeline through CRM software.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture and close deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding our presence in the industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of cold calling and closing deals.
- Experience selling to car dealerships or in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persistence and a "never give up" attitude with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software (ex; HubSpot, etc.).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
