About the Role
- Cooler Management - Monday and/or Tuesday: All of our food is delivered to our customers in reusable cooler bags with icepacks. It will be your responsibility to manage all incoming coolers, icepacks, and bag-tags for the current delivery and reset/clean for the upcoming delivery.
- Production Tasks - Tuesday through Friday: Manage a self-regulated production list, mostly consisting of packing components for meal kits. Some low-level prep may be required, existing prep experience is highly preferred, but not completely necessary. We can train skill, but not attitude.
- Dishwashing - Tuesday through Friday: Must be comfortable with washing dishes, the entire team washes dishes collectively.
- Packaging Management - Tuesday through Friday: Responsible for gathering all packing for production each day in accordance to the production sheet. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in our dry storage and packaging area.
- Labeling - Thursday: Responsible for identifying and labeling all components. Organization of components post-label for packing orders.
- Packing Orders - Friday: Responsible for participating in packing orders with the entire production team each Friday.
