Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager, familiar with the Security Industry, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth in the Video Surveillance, Access Control and Alarm Markets through strategic planning and the development of new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the Security Market, customer relationship management, and the ability to Quote Projects and negotiate effectively. The Sales and Business Development Manager will work closely with all Departments to ensure alignment with company goals and foster long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Manage customer relationships and sales progress.
- Collaborate with other teams to create effective promotional strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Prepare reports on business development activities, presenting findings to senior management.
- Lead project management efforts for new initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong proficiency in customer relationship management software.
- Excellent strategic planning skills with a focus on achieving measurable results.
