We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Healthcare Payer solutions and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored for healthcare payers, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications and compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA and FHIR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions for healthcare payer organizations using Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Define and implement security, data governance, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, FHIR, HITRUST).
- Integrate Salesforce with payer core systems, including claims processing, EHR, CRM, and third-party healthcare applications.
- Design and develop custom Lightning components, flows, and automation to enhance member and provider engagement.
- Optimize Service Cloud functionalities, including case management, Omni-Channel, chatbots, and AI-driven automation.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce Health Cloud data models, care programs, and utilization management.
- Oversee data migration, transformation, and integration efforts using Mulesoft, APIs, or ETL tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to define and execute the Salesforce roadmap.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and best practice implementation to ensure system efficiency.
- Lead Salesforce governance, code reviews, and architectural decision-making.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and administrators.
