Description

As an Associate, you will be part of a high impact team focused on delivering exceptional customer service in the context of both People and Customer Promises within the Investor Insight team. Reporting to an Insight Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the delivery of timely, accurate and high quality MI reporting. In addition the role requires the Associate, to lead, empower and develop individuals to fulfill their potential and deliver world class customer service.

Data is invaluable to our clients, they have given Colmore the responsibility to collate, understand and present performance data across their investments. Failure to capture in an accurate and timely manner puts Colmore's reputation at risk and decreases visibility for our clients and internal stakeholders. Working closely with our clients, relationship management team and senior management is imperative to ensure we are able to deliver the end result.

What you'll be doing :

• Ensure that the team deliver on key Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & KPIs through effective leadership within the Investor Insight operation
• Have a clear understanding of the Private Equity industry and Fund structure in order to be able to formulate questions to the Fund Managers regarding transactions and financial statements and be able to make independent judgements and formulate
• Have a clear understanding of the Private Equity terminology, performance metrics, types of fees and expenses.
• Drive performance management across your team, constantly raising the bar in terms of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Create a culture of right first time to make sure that both internal and external customer journeys are not impacted on
• Review output of colleagues and ensure that the quality of MI reporting is accurate and in line with expectations.
• Understand existing reporting and the PCO processes and procedures in order to be able to effectively use the existing quarterly report and PCO data processing templates.
• Be capable of independently conducting analyses of financial statements and capital account movements, extracting correct quantitative and qualitative information from financial reports.
• Understand Limited Partnership Agreements and all other relevant legal documents to be able to find and summarize information relevant to Portfolio Monitoring.
• Liaise closely with other internal departments to ensure timely accurate client reporting.
