Prequel is seeking candidates for a Compensation Specialist position with a flagship financial services company in the greater Pittsburgh area. This is a long term 18-month contract position with the potential to convert to full time & includes:
- Competitive W2 Hourly Pay Rate
- Hybrid working model (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite in downtown Pittsburgh)

- 8:30am-5pm workday, Monday through Friday
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in compensation administration including spreadsheet design and analysis required.
- Experience with databases, statistical analysis, variable compensation plans
MAJOR DUTIES:
- Job evaluations including documentation, analyses and grading programs.
- Update and create job descriptions; conduct job description reviews on responsibilities, experience and skill requirements
- Bonus Programs, Bonus Accruals, Calculate annual bonuses
- Manage and analyze data from multiple sources,
- Update balanced scorecards
- Prepare, distribute scorecards to managers and participants
Salary : $42 - $48
