What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Analyst position at Prequel Solutions?
Prequel is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to address a critical backlog and support purchasing operations for a flaghip financial services company in Pittsburgh. This temporary role offers the potential for extension and, if the fit is exceptional, the possibility of conversion to a full-time position (not guaranteed).
Key Responsibilities:
As a Procurement Analyst, you will:
- Create and manage purchase orders.
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Perform purchase order reconciliation and other procurement-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of hands-on purchasing experience.
- Experience with Oracle Financials (Purchasing Module preferred; Oracle Procurement or Oracle EBS also acceptable).
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite at our downtown location and 2 days remote.
