PlanSource is seeking an Associations Lead who serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) resource for launch associations. This role serves as the first point of escalation for association project risks and provides assistance with solutions and client mitigation.

PlanSource is seeking an Associations Lead who serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) resource for launch associations. This role serves as the first point of escalation for association project risks and provides assistance with solutions and client mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating new procedures; recommend changes to existing procedures to improve performance and business requirements.
- Manage and review project scope, objectives, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
- Complete job-related training courses and/or seminars, as may be required for the job and/or assigned by Manager.
- Develop, document and champion new processes and procedures among team and ensure compliance with established protocol.
- Ensure templates are maintained and updated as needed through the initial group rollout.
- Function as first escalation point for project teams and clients.
- Lead association groups in discovery and rollout of their initial template setup.
- Promote team communication and collaboration across channels and job function.
- Provide backup to team members as needed to avoid delays and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide direction and support to teams throughout the lifecycle of an implementation project.
- Provide guidance and best practices to Launch team members as needed to ensure success of subsequent group rollout using templates.
- Serve as liaison with other departments within PlanSource for client/Broker companies as it relates to the implementation process.
- Serve as mentor and support to new team members.
- Share candid feedback with management on team member performance.
- Assist in the sales process by offering expertise in PlanSource and health and welfare benefits to prospective clients. This role will require travel for some presentations.
- Possesses and maintains comprehensive benefits and benefit system knowledge.
- Maintains HIPPA, PHI and PII sensitivity, regularly participates and completes company assigned compliance training.
- All other duties as deemed necessary by management.
- Necessary Strengths, Skills, and Competencies
- 5 years technical experience such as help desk support, benefits administration implementation or software configuration
- Ability to be an effective leader, coach and mentor
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to work outside of normal work hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong professional communication and soft skills required
