Job Description

The Implementation Manager works closely with clients to understand their accounts payable processes and ensure a successful onboarding to Viewpost. This position works closely with internal teams to ensure success engaging Development for any new technical requirements and Customer Experience for successful management of each customers’ unique needs. Will effectively complete duties with little hands-on support and be a mentor to other members of the team. The successful candidate will have experience in customer service and project management and will be highly detail oriented.

What You Will Do:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process
• Thoroughly understand the Viewpost product offerings and the value-add for customers
• Understand client's accounts payable processes and tailor the company's solutions to meet their specific needs
• Communicate with clients throughout the implementation process to ensure their satisfaction with the solution
• Work with the development team to ensure that the solution meets client needs
• Manage the implementation process from start to finish, including testing, training and handoff
• Track project progress and report to senior management on a regular basis
• Document and continuously improve implementation process

What The Implementation Manager Needs to Have:

• Project management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience leading projects from inception through deployment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Fintech or banking experience is a plus
• Proficiency in data exchange formats is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of accounts payable processes is a plus
• Experience with major enterprise resource planning applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Lawson, Great Plains) is a plus
