Job Description
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions)
- Responsible for collaborating with the IPMS partners and clients during pre-sales engagements to understand partner and client requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
- Develops and presents technical demonstrations that showcase product features, integration capabilities, and value proposition.
- Works closely with Architecture to design high-level architecture and proposes software solutions that align with the client’s technical and business requirements.
- Works closely with product managers and development teams to customize and configure solutions based on customer-specific needs.
- Ensures the implementation of technical solutions that meet performance, scalability, and integration requirements through the coordination and facilitation of end-to-end and UAT testing.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for IPMS partners and integrating clients for technical inquiries during both pre-and post-sales stages.
- Establishes a method for tracking and managing project requirements, ensuring cross-team collaboration for seamless product delivery.
- Facilitates technical workshops and training sessions for internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure proper knowledge transfer.
- Collaborates with product teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development.
- Conducts Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations, prototypes, and pilot projects to validate technical feasibility for clients.
- Tracks all client requests and feedback to ensure follow-through and satisfactory resolution.
- Creates and maintains technical documentation related to solution designs, architecture, and implementation processes.
- Coordinates work with cross-functional teams located in different time zones and countries.

- 5 years of experience in a technical or pre-sales role, such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Developer or Quality Assurance.
- Strong background in software development, system integrations, APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), and database management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide both technical and business teams.
- A proven ability to design and deliver complex technical solutions that align with customer needs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and clear roadblocks.
- Strong communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, sales teams, and customers.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
