Located in Paul, Minnesota, Stair Crest is a vibrant community that offers 80 independent living apartments, 20 assisted living apartments, and 20 memory care apartments. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and support to residents, helping them live their best lives.
About the Role
The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide (Resident Assistant) plays a critical role in delivering personalized care and services to residents. This includes:
- Providing high-quality personal care and services to residents
- Supporting residents' personally designed living choices while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- CBRF certification
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self-leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate effectively with all customers
