Salary : $18.63 - $20.40 / hour BOE

Dickson Hollow is seeking Caregivers (CBRF / CNA / Nursing Assistant / Resident Assistant / HHA ) to join our team.

Current opportunities include :

Full-time 1st Shift 6am to 2pm, averaging 30 hours / week

On call, ability to be available last minute for either AM (6a-2p) or PM (2p-10p) shifts, work a minimum of 2 shifts per month

Dickson Hollow is located on the corner of Pilgrim Rd. and Lisbon Rd. in Menomonee Falls, WI. In collaboration with Living Hope Presbyterian Church, Dickson Hollow houses the congregation's worship and ministry space. The community also features a Town Center with bistro, theater, library, club room, salon, wellness center, and more.

Responsibilities

Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.

Monitor changes in Resident’s condition

Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts,

Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.

Qualifications

Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.

To work in Long Term Care , Nursing Assistant Certification is required. Assisted Living does not require any certifications.

Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.

Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
