- Three to five years clerical or office support experience
- Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must be professional and courteous and provide excellent customer service
- Greets and appropriately directs visitors.
- Drafts letters and documents as directed.
- Schedules appointments.
- Maintains necessary document filing.
- Coordinates meeting, lodging and food arrangements for sponsored functions.
- Makes copies, sends faxes, scans and prints documents as necessary.
- Promptly answers the telephone and relays accurate information to team members.
- May collect, sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.
- May prepare packages for shipment; receives packages via carrier and ensures proper delivery.
- May be responsible for the management of office supplies.
- May receive and verify invoices for accuracy.
