The Director of Donor Outreach is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key donors. This position will work with leadership and management teams to build a philanthropic network of dedicated donors committed to the future of our organization. This position is also responsible for managing the annual giving and employee giving campaigns to expand our donor database and increase support for various programs and services.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required
- Five to Ten years’ experience as an Annual Gifts Officer or Major Gift Officer required
- Prior experience working in senior living preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop, cultivate, promote and maintain relationships to secure substantial gift dollars required
- Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge preferred
