We need a seasoned, hard-working professional with an upbeat personality who appreciates the value of a team and who has the ability to quickly learn new things.Our Sales Advisors arerequired to:
- Have aBachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 3years of professional sales experience. Sandler training and/or certification is a plus. Experience working with seniors, and/or high net worth individuals is preferred.
- Demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communication with the ability to effectively communicate across a varied spectrum of stakeholders. Excellence in public speaking is a plus;
- Evaluate and solve practical problems while dealing with complex variables with limited standardization and possess the ability to consistently interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule form instructions;
- Successfully manage time and quickly learn what is needed to sell in multiple assigned areas;
- Maintain reliable transportation for off-site travel;
- Exhibit flexibility while maintaining a consistent standard of outstanding customer service in changeable and emotionally-charged circumstances;
- Effectively interact with all levels of management and staff, including licensed healthcare professionals and work collaboratively with a team;
- Be proficient with PC and Microsoft Office applications and have knowledge ofCRM applications.
