What do we look for in our HIP! Nurse Aide Trainees?
We are looking for caring, compassionate individuals that can maintain regular and reliable attendance for scheduled classes and shifts and who are able to maintain confidentiality.
Successful applicants should:
- Be a current high school student who is at least 16 years old;
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.50 and basic computer skills;

Maintain compliance with all Nurse Aide Training program policies including:
- Attendance Policy
- Completion of all program hours; including classroom, laboratory, and clinical time
- Dress Code Policy

Level of Achievement Policy
- Academic Honesty
- Tests/Exams
- Skills Lab
- Clinical Guidelines
- Program Evaluation
- Successful completion of the CNA Class and, when eligible, the CNA Exam
