The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of Customer and New Resident move logistics. This includes providing excellent customer service, office support, if needed, and ensuring that each new resident experiences a successful moving process.

What we are looking for:
***This is a Part-time position with approximately 20-25 hours per week***
We need team members who will help our residents by assisting in their assimilation to life at the Longwood at Oakmont campus and by developing trusting, caring relationships. The Move-in Coordinator must:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a related role; College degree is preferred.
- Demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communication in English and the ability to effectively communicate across a varied spectrum of stakeholders.
- Possess the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages and the ability to solve practical problems that have a high degree of variability.
- Have knowledge and familiarity with internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
- Be flexible and maintain a consistent standard of outstanding customer service despite changeable and sometimes emotionally-charged circumstances.
- Be able to effectively interact with all levels of management and team members and to work collaboratively as part of a team.
