Title: Move-in Coordinator
Status: Full Time
Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Location: Greensburg
Redstone, a leading provider of senior living services, is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Move-In Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in welcoming new residents to our community by ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate Move-Ins: Manage all aspects of resident move-ins, including scheduling, paperwork, unit preparation, and key/remote distribution.
- Resident Onboarding: Conduct resident orientations, provide welcome packets, and assign resident mentors (when applicable).
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate with residents, families, and internal departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure a seamless transition.
- Customer Service: Conduct post-move-in follow-ups to address any concerns and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, coordinate welcome gift purchases, and attend meetings as needed.
- Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach events and potentially travel to other Redstone campuses.
What You'll Need:
- Associate's degree in marketing, business, social science, or a related field preferred (not required).
- At least one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
