We are currently seeking an experienced physical therapist to join our team. As a member of our clinical Home Health Team, you will have the opportunity to work independently while receiving support from our experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 therapy service to patients in Oakmont and surrounding communities within a 30-mile range
- Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in physical therapy
- Have a minimum of one-year of experience as a physical therapist
- Community/home health experience preferred
