We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering warranties for our products or services.

Key responsibilities:
1. Receive and process warranty claims from customers and vendors in a timely manner.
2. Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
3. Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence.
4. Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve warranty issues.
5. Generate reports on warranty claims and trends for management review.
6. Assist with warranty audits and inspections conducted by external parties.
7. Provide guidance and support to customers and vendors on warranty terms and conditions.
8. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to facilitate warranty repairs or replacements.
9. Monitor warranty timelines and expiration dates to ensure timely resolution of claims.
10. Continuously improve warranty processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in warranty administration or a related field.
3. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Familiarity with warranty management software is a plus.
