Preservation Management, Inc. is looking for an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential affordable housing properties across the States of North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. The two major areas of oversight in this position are day-to-day operations and on-site compliance activities.
This is a full time position with a competitive hourly wage and benefit package.

- General Job Duties:
- Acting as liason between the property management team and the Regional Vice President and owners to address challenges
- Overseeing and reporting on the financial state of property operations
- Leading quarterly inspections of the buildings and grounds and pinpointing areas for improvement
- Acting as a resource for individual Property Managers with regards to all site compliance reviews, including REACs, MORs, LIHTC reviews and workplace saftey inspections
- Monitoring employee turnover and spearheading property staffing efforts; training and mentoring new individual Property Managers
- Job Requirements:
- Associates' Degree or higher in Business Management or a related field
- 3-5 years experience with property management in the affordable housing field
- Strong business computer systems, database and software skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Boston Post and RealPage OneSite
- Knowledge of federal housing program compliance requirements and federal, state and local regulations related to property management
- Ability to travel between sites the majority of the week
- Industry training in property management, tax credit, COS or Rural Development is a plus
