We are looking for an exceptional Regional Manager to join our team!

In this role, you'll serve as the asset manager for a portfolio of properties. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and support your team by empowering, educating, and preparing them to manage their sites effectively. The more effectively you coach your team, the more successful you'll be at managing the portfolio.

As a coach in this environment, you're responsible for developing key players who will drive success on the ground. Managing multi-million-dollar assets means your team's performance is key to your success. You'll guide your Community Directors to execute strategies using financial data, budgets, market surveys, and client communications. You'll act as the liaison between the corporate office and the on-site teams, ensuring the company's culture and objectives are upheld in every interaction.

An effective Regional Manager is self-motivated, passionate, and driven. With responsibility for a portfolio valued at over $100 million, the stakes are high. You'll be expected to challenge the status quo, lead with passion, and think beyond the conventional.

  • Align your team with the Owner's strategy
  • Understand and communicate complex financial and budget statements
  • Ensure your team is proficient in financial analysis
  • Track progress and report results regularly
  • Represent the company professionally with clients, vendors, and the community
  • Continuously learn and innovate to improve operations
  • Lead by example, inspiring and empowering your teams to achieve success
