As a model coordinator you will be working closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to coordinate multidisciplinary Revit models for design and construction. You will produce highly detailed and accurate construction coordination models from existing design models from architects and engineers. You will create topography , building, and system models integrated for coordination of the respective designs for construction.

We are seeking a REVIT model coordinator to join our team! As a model coordinator you will be working closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to coordinate multidisciplinary Revit models for design and construction. You will produce highly detailed and accurate construction coordination models from existing design models from architects and engineers. You will create topography , building, and system models integrated for coordination of the respective designs for construction.
Responsibilities
- Take given Revit models and link them together for coordination.
- Provide additional detail given Revit models.
- Work closely with other members of the team as well as design partners to execute the designs.
- Create coordination drawings from Revit models for design review and construction.
- Be flexible and respond to daily issues that arise during construction.
- Work directly with the Architect of Record (AOR).
- Represent the AOR in international virtual meetings with designers and engineers.
- Must be fluent in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Construction Cloud.
- Expert and precise Revit modeling skills are a must. (Work samples required)
- Experience with Rhino and IFC exporting and importing with Revit also desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work well within a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
