OVERVIEW
The Manager of Operations oversees the seamless execution and delivery of all client projects and internal initiatives. You will manage Marketing Coordinators, Program Managers, and contractors, owning the systems, processes, and standards vital for consistently excellent outcomes. Your primary focus includes resource planning, budget management, cross-functional collaboration, and driving ongoing improvement in operational workflows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, and manage Marketing Coordinators, Program Managers, and contractors to ensure accountability, efficiency, and high-quality results.
- Own and continuously optimize the digital project management platform (currently Wrike), maintaining standardized project templates and processes.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, schedules, and resource allocations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Track and oversee project budgets and expenses, collaborating closely with finance and leadership teams to maintain profitability targets.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, implement scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and drive continuous workflow improvements.
- Enforce rigorous quality assurance processes, manage scope changes, mitigate risks, and swiftly resolve any project-related issues.
- Source, onboard, negotiate with, and manage external contractors and vendor relationships to ensure optimal ROI.
- Maintain comprehensive operational dashboards, providing strategic insights and regular updates to executive leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account services, creative services and technical teams, aligning operational capabilities with client expectations and agency growth.
- Promote professional development opportunities and foster a positive, solutions-oriented team culture aligned with agency values.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years in operations or project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Expertise with project management software (Wrike, Asana, Monday.com).
- Strong financial acumen including budget management and resource forecasting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving accountability across teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
