Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Ceiling Cleaning Salesperson/Technician to join our team. This unique hybrid role involves both selling our ceiling cleaning services to potential clients and performing hands-on cleaning and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about sales, have a strong technical understanding of ceiling cleaning, and be capable of providing high-quality service directly to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Acquisition:
o Identify and prospect new clients in need of ceiling cleaning services, including businesses, commercial properties, industrial sites, and other facilities.
o Conduct in-person or virtual sales presentations to potential clients, explaining the benefits of professional ceiling cleaning and the services offered.
o Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
o Develop customized cleaning proposals based on client needs, budget, and specific requirements.
o Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients, ensuring profitable sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
o Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals set by the management team.
Ceiling Cleaning Technician Duties:
o Perform ceiling cleaning and maintenance tasks as required, including cleaning high-reach areas, light fixtures, air ducts, ceiling fans, and ventilation systems.
o Utilize specialized equipment, such as ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and extension tools, to reach elevated surfaces safely and efficiently.
o Inspect ceiling areas for any damage, mold, or other issues, reporting findings to the client and recommending solutions.
o Ensure that cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and in accordance with safety regulations.
o Follow proper cleaning techniques and use appropriate cleaning agents to ensure safe and effective results.
Customer Service & Support:
o Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints.
o Offer ongoing maintenance tips to clients to ensure the longevity of ceiling cleanliness.
o Maintain professional, courteous, and positive relationships with clients throughout the service process.
Sales and Cleaning Coordination:
o Coordinate with the operations team to schedule cleaning appointments based on sales leads and client needs.
o Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that all cleaning services are executed according to the sales agreement.
o Stay updated on new cleaning techniques, tools, and products to maintain expertise and provide clients with the best solutions.
Documentation and Reporting:
o Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and cleaning service outcomes.
o Maintain up-to-date records of client contracts, proposals, and service requests in the company's CRM system.
o Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for service improvement.
Qualifications:
" High school diploma or equivalent; some college or specialized certification in sales, marketing, or facilities maintenance is a plus.
" Proven experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a technical or service-based industry, preferably in cleaning, facilities management, or similar fields.
" Hands-on experience with high-reach cleaning techniques, tools, and safety protocols is preferred.
" Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales and build long-term customer relationships.
" Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
" Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
" Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
" Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in elevated areas (using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts).
" Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, kneeling, bending, and reaching.
" Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Additional Information:
" Flexibility in scheduling may be required, including evenings or weekends, depending on client needs.
" Compensation is commission based on sales performance.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
