We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until the time they depart.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including managing staff schedules, assigning tasks, reservations, and guest services.
- Ensuring that all guests are greeted in a timely and professional manner.
- Train and develop front desk staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about our services and able to provide excellent customer service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of front office operations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing information.
- Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Monitor and maintain the front office budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and that all operations run smoothly.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a front desk management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
